Blocking
You can block any member from their profile or any chat. Blocking is immediate and mutual: they can no longer message you, see your profile, or appear in your discovery deck — and you will not appear in theirs. They are not notified.
Reporting
Use the report option in any chat or profile to flag harassment, fake profiles, scams, or inappropriate content. Reports are confidential — the person is never told who reported them — and each one is reviewed by our moderation team.
Moderation
A human moderation team reviews reports, verifies profiles, and removes accounts that break the Community Guidelines. Banned accounts are locked out immediately and cannot log back in; attempting to return under a new account violates our Terms and leads to removal when detected.
Share at your own pace
Deeper prompts are always optional. Share only what feels right, when it feels right. You can edit or remove any answer at any time.
Meeting in person
Tell a friend where you are going, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and keep early conversations on the platform where our safety tools can protect you.
Watch for scams
No genuine match will ask you for money, gift cards, or crypto. Kynectra staff will never ask for your password. If anything feels off, block and report — you will never be penalized for reporting in good faith.
